eFiling Training for Maine Attorneys and Staff (Non-Prosecutor)
Maine eCourts, including electronic filing (eFiling), will be implemented in all case types on Monday, September 28, 2026, in Judicial Region 2 (Cumberland County) courts. Once eFiling is implemented, attorneys and State and local government entities, except for law enforcement, will be required to use the eFileMaine system to electronically file documents in the following courts:
To prepare for this transition, two in-person eFiling trainings will be offered. Attorneys and staff should select the date that best fits their schedule. The trainings will be held at the York Judicial Center at 515 Elm Street in Biddeford from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
