Maine Cannabis Law and Policy: Review of Current Status and Updates to Maine’s Two Cannabis Programs – Medical and Adult Use  

This seminar will review Maine’s two cannabis programs, the Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Program and the Adult Use Program, which are both housed in the Office of Marijuana Policy.  The seminar will then review updates to the programs, including recent legislative changes to the programs, new administrative updates (including the recently released dispensary application), and upcoming rulemakings.
