In this new environment of remote work, court closures, and economic uncertainty, Bar Counsel Aria Eee will address how lawyers can remain competent and diligent, maintain client confidence and property, and communicate with clients, opposing counsel and the court. Bill Nugent, Director of the Maine Assistance Program for Lawyers and Judges will share mental health resources to manage the new demands of practicing law during a pandemic. A moderated Q & A session will follow the presentation.
