Take-Aways from the Goose Rocks Case

This panel discussion will review the Maine Supreme Judicial Court decision in Robert F. Almeder v. Town of Kennebunkport, a beach access case pitting beachfront homeowners against the Town and the public over ownership of intertidal lands and beach access along Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport, Maine.  Panelists will address the case's impact on beach rights, title searches and provide practice tips from the litigation itself.
