The Business and Consumer Docket Revisited

The Administrative Order creating the Business and Consumer Docket (aka the “BCD” or the “Business and Consumer Court”) was issued on Nov. 4, 2008.   In the ensuing 10 years, many attorneys have brought cases to the Business Court, but others have not.  The purpose of the presentation will be to discuss how the Business Court works, and how it might fit into your arbitration, litigation, and trial practice.
