This panel discussion will feature two Portland attorneys and a founder of Maine Beer Company, which since 2009 has grown from a one-barrel operation into a nationally recognized brewery that is now in the process of its second major expansion in four years. The panel will provide a survey of the legal issues facing Maine’s brewers and the attorneys who work with them, including startup, corporate, and employment issues. The discussion will conclude with a question and answer session.
